As a Liberty Mutual Actuary, you'll use your analytical talents to resolve thought-provoking business problems and bring value to our customers. You'll work in a collaborative and dynamic environment where the challenges are on going.
In this role, you'll be part of the Individual Life Product Development team and responsible for supporting the pricing, implementation and profitability analysis of individual life insurance and annuity products.
Responsibilities:
· Perform routine pricing, dividend and reserve calculations. Support service requests on routine queries regarding policy values and features.
· Participate in developing and pricing new products.
· Provide actuarial demonstrations for product filings and objections.
· Provide actuarial demonstrations for profitability analysis including credited rate recommendations.
· Perform analysis on Company experience.
· Participate in development and completion of special projects.
· Pursue actuarial exams.

Requirements |
· Math and analytical skills; normally acquired through a BS in math, statistics or related field.
· Experience with life insurance or annuity pricing desired.
· Effective oral and written communication skills.
· Strong computer skills required; preferred computer skills include Excel and TAS.
· Completion of a minimum of one SOA exam required.
